How long does it take for people to give you a review? Some reviews are structured using open questions, which demand long and detailed answers. Some are very simple, just one question requiring a yes or no answer. Others are multiple choice.
As a general rule the shorter, faster and simpler the survey, the more people will be happy to provide responses.
